Information on this website regarding Account Management and Stock Management software is provided for product evaluation purposes. Actual licensing, cloud provisioning, service level commitments, and subscription renewals are established under formal customer subscription agreements.
3. Custom Engineering & Hosting Services
Custom software development, IT consulting, and managed hosting scopes are governed by agreed project proposals, statement of work (SOW) documents, and deliverable milestones. Customers requesting website migration or hosting setup must be authorized domain and website asset owners.
4. Intellectual Property
The HVDEX wordmark, symbol, website copy, layout, and visual assets are proprietary to HVDEX Solutions. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our branding without written permission.
5. Jurisdiction & Governance
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
